“Great location. We had a very large room. There was a pull out bed so could sleep four. There were a couple of chairs as well. There is a continental breakfast available for an additional cost. We did not use this service. There is not a front desk / reception area. We arrive and ran the bell and housekeeping let us in, showed us the code to open the front door, gave us our room key and showed us to our room. Overall we are very pleased with our accommodation.”

“Stayed 1 night but should have stayed longer! Fantastic location - right above the main shopping street - no noise, and literally a minute or two from the castle and main tourist areas. Well maintained property. A lovely large, and clean room - good quality items, plus decoration very nice and tasteful. Everything you'd wish for was here - inc, tea/coffee plus separate coffee machine. Comfy bed Check in was smooth - virtual type of arrangement. No receptionist area - just press the Ring doorbell camera and the duty housekeeper will meet you inside the building and complete check-in. Very friendly and helpful housekeepers - couldn't do any more really. Whole stay stress-free, without any fuss. Will definitely stay here when next in the area.”

“- Very quiet, lovely hotel. Nice coffee maker, bed comfortable, beautifully decorated. Host was wonderful in assisting us with luggage and meeting pickup for a rental wheelchair late at night. He gave a wonderful suggestion to eat at Antonio’s next door for dinner — was one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve had! Storage of our big bags was great so that we didn’t have to carry them up the stairs, and he was available promptly at 9am to help us out. Wish we had stayed longer than 1 night - Recommendations: Need to update the in room book, example cafe rouge is closed. Recommend bill’s instead for hot breakfast early. Couch in 506 desperately needs replacing. Need bath mat to prevent slipping in tub and floor, and grip handles to climb in super high tub”
